Laura Levine Shawver

Shawver, Laura Levine, 63, passed away unexpectedly on June 19, 2017. She was born on June 15, 1954 in Dallas, Texas to James and Dorothy Levine. Laura worked as Sr. Research Coordinator for The Nerve and Muscle Center of Texas. She enjoyed gardening and traveling. Laura was always positive and encouraged everyone, especially her girls, to see the best in themselves. “She helped us to see Gods plan when we thought it was darkest.” She is survived by her daughters, Sadina Shawver, and Nadine Giesler, husband Joe; mother, Dorothy Levine; sister, Denise Kleypas; and a host of other family and friends. Services for Laura will be on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at 10 am in Emanu El Memorial Park. Rabbi Silk will officiate.
