Clifford Dennis “Buck” Bequette, Jr., loving husband, father and brother, passed away Monday, August 18, 2014, at the age of 60. He was born in Houston, Texas, on June 29, 1954. Buck graduated from Bellaire High School in 1972 and attended Texas Tech University. He spent the majority of his career in institutional investment sales and commodities trading. Buck was a Lifetime Member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and was civically involved, serving on numerous boards in the community. He loved fishing, hunting and coaching youth sports for his children. He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Catherine Perrere Bequette; his daughter Allison Marie Bequette; his son Harrison Fuller Bequette; his sister Sue Bequette Spear and her husband Mark; brother-in-law Joe Perrere; sister-in-law Pamela Perrere Bourne and her husband Bob; mother-in-law and father-in-law Jerri and Clyde Perrere; and several nieces and nephews. The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the Star of Hope – Houston at www.sohmissison.org. A memorial service for Buck will be held at St. Cecilia Catholic Community, located at 11720 Joan of Arc Drive, Houston, Texas, 77024, on Monday, August 25, 2014, at 10:30 a.m. “…Now show us the colors of your rainbow.”
